Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessoriesare intact.
- You have a valid proof of purchase or order number.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as cat beds, hair accessories , or personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked “Final Sale”or “Clearance”.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at hullo@greenwarrior.earth or our helpline number +971-50-9443169 with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
- Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
- Approved refundswill be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the item is not eligible for return, we’ll notify you and send it back at your expense.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different color or style, if available.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
